WAND is formed in order for industry partners to reach a common goal for legislative, educational and business reasons. WAND is a great way for people to reach bigger goals that in turn will impact their personal businesses. It is to this end that the Board of Directors for WAND came together:

Heather is the owner of Journey Home Nursing Services, a home health agency in Everett. She brings to the Board advanced skills in business-related technology

​Hanahn guided the successful 2017 RND lobbying effort to achieve a 37.5% rate increase for DSHS-contracted Nurse Delegators. She is a former HHA owner and former Financial Consultant
Board Member
A Founding Member of WAND, Karla owns Sourcebank Nurse Delegation & P1Billing which is developing a Web-based Documentation and Billing program for RNDs. Her MN is in Community Health.
